I just want to get some clarifications about the quality settings.

Under Conversion Profiles=>Playback=>Local WiFi=>   Can I assume that 5120kbit/s is the best quality or is it High Quality, HD? I realise the first is constant bitrate and the second is variable bitrate, but I am not sure about what effect this has on quality. I am looking for the best quality that Air Video can deliver because my LAN and PC is robust enough to handle it.

Ease of use suggestion: Order the choices in each setting from lowest quality to highest quality so that it is intuitive.

Thanks for a great product,

the 5mbit/s profile would probably be better quality than "High Quality, HD", but it will also strain network more. I'm not sure if the potential quality increase would be worth the extra CPU and network load. It's probably something that needs to be tested.

The best quality that you can get however is to not transcode the video at all (which can be done for most H.264 video streams). If you go to settings, you can see next to video stream whether it is kept or converted.
