Installation successful (both server on PC and client on iPad2). Selected one 386 MB mp4 file for download. Conversion checked (none performed). Download started and progress bar was moving. Checked 20 min later and ....found out that no file was downloaded, Instead there was this message: Error: Download failed. What do I need to change in order to address this?

Tried a second video file (also mp4; 389MB). No conversion attempted. Download started (progress bar moving). Download failed with the same error message.

Tried again with a 222 MB avi video file. The progress bar went very far to the right but then it got stuck and the download failed with the same message.

Note: the mp4 files that failed, transferred without problems when I connected the iPad to the PC (iTunes) via USB. So they don't seem to have a problem (are compatible without conversion with the iPad)

It looks like I wasted $2.99 - unfortunately there is no free trial for the HD (current) version

Hi,

this looks like a bug in the client. Is there any chance you could upload the file to

www.mediafire.com/filedrop/filedrop_hosted.php?drop=7900c071f9970ec07e5c2ea0370a15d31aa421bab4923c42154ce133b8c0cb0b

? I will fix that in next update.

Update (correction)

After noticing that the wifi download speed was poor, I repeated the tests under good quality wifi and everything worked flawlessly.

I apologize to the support team for wasting their time. Right now, everything is working fine!
