I would like my AirvideoHD server to start after a power outage, and before having to login.  I have googled a bit a created some plist files, but I am not getting it to work - this is my current plist, and is located in the Library\LaunchDaemons folder of my Mac.  (P.S. I have my actual username in the file, but here I just made it generic).  Sorry if this has been covered, but could not find any topics like it.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com...yList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
<key>Label</key>
<string>airvideo</string>
<key>ProgramArguments</key>
<array>
<string>/Applications/Air Video Server HD.app</string>
</array>
<key>RunAtLoad</key>
<true/>
<key>UserName</key>
    <string>username</string>
<key>KeepAlive</key>
  <true/>
</dict>
</plist>
