When I connect my ipad/iphone to my mac via itunes, on the apps tab, are a list of apps that I can download data to.  In other words as an example, I can download a movie to the VLC app on the ipad via itunes.  This download is reasonably fast.

But I cannot do this with the Air Video HD app because it does not show up in the apps list in itunes.

That leaves me with having to open the Air Video HD app on the ipad and downloading over wifi to the app.  This is very slow and I have intermittent problems with this procedure even though I have a rock solid internet connection and wifi signal strength.

Any chance of adding the capability to download to the app via itunes?

Thanks.

Count me in on this.  We are travelling and we don't have enough data bandwidth to watch on our way.

This will make it faster to download our videos.

Moderator - Is this even in the plans for a future release?

Thanks.

It would be nice to do this or just figure out why the network downloading is slow. Even with a really fast wireless network it seems super slow. Shouldnt take 5 mins to transfer a 400Mb video file. Should take no less than like 5 seconds
