Quick question.  Is it possible for my Air Video HD server to log an IP address of iPad ID or something else of who is accessing my files through Air Video HD?  I have several users (my kids) with associated passwords set up and want to know if it's possible to see if a different iPad was used instead of the ones owned by my users.  I want to make sure that my users are not sharing their usernames and passwords with friends and having unathorized people accessing my files.  If it's not possible to do this, is there any chance that it can be incorporated into a future build?  Thanks for any info you can give me on this subject.    Rick

We don't log it currently, although the information is displayed in Status window. I'll look into this.

I concur with more specific logs, would love to have this feature as well!

2.2.3-beta3 has additional logging when starting transcoding session (user name, device name and IP address).

Which log file would have this transcoding session information?

Ideally, I would like to see a user access log that shows the following information:

* User name

* IP Address

* Type of device access (iPad Air, iPhone 6s, etc.)

* Date

* Start time

* End time

* Video / File accessed

And I would like to be able to Excel/CSV export or copy/paste the log for further analysis.

Thanks,

Sailor Guy
