I bought the Apple TV app, but when I try to access Air Video HD Server 2.2.0 running on Linux I get "Ooops, Your Air Video Server HD installation is outdated.  Please upgrade Air Video Server HD on your computer"

Wish I'd known this before I spent £4 on the app...

I guessed it might be that.  Wish I'd known before buying the app :(

Uh, I got this working. I am currently watching a movie from my Ubuntu server with the Apple TV app.

2.2.0 is the latest for linux. 2.2.1 was only released for windows and mac (it only contained platform specific fixes)

So why do I get a message on new Apple TV app saying my Air Video Server HD installation is outdated? I'm running 2.2.0 as far as I can tell

That does not seem right. Can you send the logs (from the ~/AirVideoServerHD/logs folder to support(at)inmethod.com ?
