Failed to Parse on most videos

I recently upgraded (purchased) the new Air Video HD app for my iPhone and iPad.  Although the layout is much better and faster, I am getting a large portion of my videos showing "Failed to Parse" under them and they aren't viewable.  They worked fine on the old version of the app?

please send the logs from Air Video Server HD (Create Archive from logs) to support(at)inmethod.com . I'll take a look.

Can you clarify where I would get these logs from if I am on my iOS device?  Or do they need to be run from my server?

Hi,

 

if you go to Air Video Server HD properties - there is a button called "Create Archive from Logs". It will zip all logs and show them in Finder / Explorer. You can attach the zip file to email and send it.
