Were there subtitles involved in the conversion? If this keeps happening please send email to support (at) inmethod.com . It could be a bug that needs to get fixed.

I can't start this program after I updated to Ver.2.0.2, the program just disappeared after I start it.

I have tried 32 bis and 64 bit, both of them didn't work.

Please help to fix it, thank you.

p.s.My OS is WIN8.

MacType is software for windows that changes font rendering to look more like on Mac. It also crashes Air Video Server HD, that's why I ask.

Just installed server 2.0.2 and client 2.0. Love the new interface!

Are resizable subtitles in this release? I cannot seem to find the option.

Thanks!

I'm not aware of anything. Do you get any error message when trying to launch the software? Is there AirVideoServerUI.exe process present in Task Manager?

You can change subtitle size in the Subtitle menu (where you switch between subtitles). You just might need to scroll down a little bit.

It could be a permission issue. I've seen crash like that when Air Video Server HD was unable to write to the C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\AirVideoServerHD\ folder.

How can I solve this issue? Please tell me.
