Is there a way to enable multiple conversions to happen at once for download (assuming it's not the same client)? Could this be made an option? Thanks!

This is not really supported currently. We'd probably need to have separate conversion queues for each client to do this properly. Also converting multiple files at the same time would slow each conversion down significantly. I'm not sure if that is desirable for general use case.

sorry for the delay. If I understand the configuration correctly the CPU load seems adequate. 30% CPU load in your case would mean about 7-8 concurrent threads (in case of 12 cores and hyper-threading). There are two reasons why the load doesn't get higher. We limit the maximum number of threads for certain tasks, because for vast majority of computers it makes no sense to use more threads (since it just creates additional overhead), also not all conversion related tasks can be easily paralelized.
With computer like this it would make sense to allow simultaneous conversion of multiple files, however it would need modification for both server and the client. This doesn't seem to be a very common usecase though.
