UPnP issues

Hi - I am not a very technical person - I have some basic understanding but am struggling at the moment.  Our computer recently crashed - and when we had it returned Air Video was removed.  I went to download the server again and found a HD version, so chose to download that instead.  Got everything set up and the app on the iPad.  All seemed to work fine.....   Last night the server kept stopping and I had to close the application and start it again.  Today I am receiving the message:


UPnP port mapping not possible.  The server is not reachable from directly from the internet.


Can someone help me through sorting this out please?
